Union Home Minister Amit Shah whilst addressing a huge public rally of BJP supporters at Farmagudi on Sunday was heard glorifying the achievements of his own central government and promising the crowd some more 'jumlaas' keeping an eye on the 2024 Lok Sabha polls but was not heard uttering a single word over his most controversial statement (which he had made in Karnataka a couple of months back) on the Mhadei river water diversion issue during his entire speech. Unfortunately, our elected BJP leaders (including MGP leader Sudin Dhavalikar and some former Congress leaders cum defectors who are currently in the BJP) were seen silently listening to Amit Shah's speech instead of seeking some clarifications over his controversial statement on the Mhadei river diversion issue. Well, this clearly shows that these elected leaders simply don't care for Goa and due to which have not bothered to question Amit Shah over the Mhadei river diversion issue. I therefore think that the voters of these leaders should take a serious note of their 'we don't care a damn' attitude and send them in permanent political exile at least in the next Assembly elections.
