Recently we have heard that a pastor was booked for forceful religious conversion in North Goa. Our Chief Minister Pramod Sawant wants to pass the anti-conversion law in the state. It is true that many religious groups have entered the state but we Goans are educated and we know which religion is good for us. The choice is in our own hands and no one can force us to change our religion. Today everyone wants to make their religion strong and believe me this is not going on only in India but throughout the world. If any religious groups are forcing the people to convert to their respective religion than there is the police station to help file FIRs against them and the CM should know that there is no need for anti-conversion law in the State. This clearly shows that CM Pramod Sawant doesn't have faith in his own people or their faith in their God is not strong enough. Instead of taking unnecessary issues our CM should focus on governance issues instead of anti-conversion bill.
