The BJP in Delhi is using the police and the corporators to bulldoze Muslim homes under the guise of encroachments. They even used paramilitary forces for the same. The actual fact openly stated by Amit Shah is that the people in these areas were responsible for rioting. Where is the proof? There is no Court ruling or notices sent for demolition as required by law. The Goa Chief Minister Pamod Sawant suddenly met the Central BJP leaders in Delhi. Why? Karnataka BJP is calling for bulldozing democracy in the State. And Goa? He cannot do that solely because he is trapped. Goa knows very well that his government has officially legalized all illegal encroachments on Comunidade land and government land. AAP in Delhi must use this as a precedent and legalise all encroachments there. Further, the High Court has ordered demolition of all illegal constructions by Hotel Silver Sands. Despite this the BJP government has failed to do so on the appointed day. If bulldozing is in his mind to bulldoze democracy, then he must first attend to the above. Requisition the paramilitary forces like his BJP leaders in Delhi.
