Amazing seven-year journey of The Goan

Permit me to congratulate you and your esteemed daily for completing 7 glorious, dynamic and passionate years in the print media.

The Goan has indeed begun to make a mark in the homes and hearts of many a Goan, who find this daily to be truly devoted and focused on the issues facing Goa and Goenkaar.

Though The Goan does not boast of any self-declared title on its masthead, it is slowly and surely growing to be the real and fearless voice of Goa.

I would also like to congratulate the owners for their user friendly e-editions, which keep Goans, such as me, in touch with our Goa, while being miles away from our motherland.

It was also very gratifying to see that the publication has made a conscious effort to connect with Goans spread across the globe through your initiative of publishing The Global Goan.

Thank you from one Goan to The Goan, and wishing you all the best in fearless reporting and resolve to stay connected with the Goenkaar in every nook and corner.
