BSNL’s telephone service has been disrupted in Aradi Parra for the last two months. Due to this, the people have suffered a lot. They say that even after making many complaints by the telephone customers, no attention has been paid to them.
Even in today’s era of mobile phone some people still keep telephone. No network is easily available especially in Parra, Aradi, hence telephone service is very important. Network towers are far away from here. So most of the people are dependent on telephone. In such a situation, BSNL needs to keep the service uninterrupted to the people immediately.
The road was dug to lay pipeline, thus telephone cables must have been broken. After all, water is also important, isn’t it? Be that as it may, there is a strong demand from the customers that BSNL should take immediate action and restore the telephone service.
