Leaders of Aam Aadmi Party recently sent cakes to 10 MLAs across the State to mark two years of their defection from the Congress to join the ruling BJP party and also to remind them of the greatest betrayal of the people's electoral mandate in Goa.
Most of these former Congress MLAs or turncoats reportedly went on to accept their cakes but the only leader who made a big fuss about this small issue is first time elected Nuvem MLA, Wilfred D'Sa. He not only hired a few of his close rowdy illiterate supporters to create a ruckus outside his own residence but also instructed them to target the AAP leaders with tomatoes and eggs just to defend himself by giving his own silly justifications.
If this Nuvem MLA still thinks that he has done absolutely nothing wrong by jumping from the Congress to the BJP then he should first try to get himself re-elected on a BJP ticket in the upcoming assembly elections.
AAP should also have sent cakes MGP defectors as well who are currently also enjoying in the ruling BJP government.
