BJP election campaign is fully backed by comparatively large amounts of money from party and now candidates contesting election, the ruling establishment using public funds to promote BJP, blatant intimidatory tactics of the BJP including using Govt agencies to intimidate/arrest opposition and freezing accounts etc, purchase of opposition MLAs etc via various nefarious means and using proxy parties to split votes. I am sure that the electorate is well aware of the latter and many more types of deceptive methods used by the BJP. The question is now can like minded voters group up and fight the BJP as one force with full focus (no distractions) and if they do, then the BJP can certainly be defeated in Goa. As I am from South Goa, I request people to rally behind Captain Viriato Fernandes: His credentials, high education, clean record, oratory skills, humility, national/global outlook, love for his land backed by his experience in the Indian Armed Forces, hopefully should convince the majority that he is the only obvious choice for us to send to Parliament.
