Cash-for-vote accusation has left BJP red-faced

The BJP general secretary Vinod Tawade's controversy has handed the opposition an opportunity to corner BJP on its commitment to free and fair election in Maharashtra accusing it of cash-for-vote charge. And over the past few weeks, people in Goa have been waking up to fresh developments in the multi crore jobs-for-cash scam on a daily basis.  Some people even committed suicide after their names figured in jobs-for-cash scam. Hundreds of Goans have been duped of crores of rupees in cash-for-jobs scam. Such widespread corruption could not have happened without political linkages.  Goa has made headlines for alleged employment related scams and others. It seems that slogan "Na khaata hun, na khaane dunga” was just another jumla by BJP.  Ten years ago, the government had harped on coming of 'achche din.' At that time, the people of the country thought that it was meant for them. But now, the country is evaluating as for whom have the ‘achche din’ come in the last 10 years?  Sadly the governments, citizens have elected, are one worse than the other, leaving people frustrated and in a state of coma.
