Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti is celebrated in Goa who was one of the bravest and most progressive rulers of the Maratha Empire. I respect the hero Shivaji has won the hearts of people but nowaday's in his name the politicians are dividing people. Our Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is teaching wrong history to the students of Goa saying that the past history was wrongly written. CM of Goa has some kind of allergy with Portugal and wants to destroy everything written in the books by creating his own history which the RSS is teaching him to do. The chief minister should maintain peaceful atmosphere in the state. Rather than wasting time on unwanted topics CM should endorse what is needed for Goa and not divert issues. The people of Goa know that you are playing a religious game and for your kind information Portuguese left Goa a good long time ago. Please work in the interest of Goa and Goans and win the hearts of people of Goa.
