This has reference to the letter titled "Implement common cadre for panchayats urgently" The Goan dated Sept 23, 2022. The conscious writer has rightly detailed on the abovementioned subject and requested the CM to urgently implement the common cadre for panchayats which has been already passed in the assembly.
In my evidential view, if executed, the local institutions will be free from all illegalities and will bring transparency in their functioning. It is up to the CM to look into the subject urgently.
