Cong needs young blood to survive


India’s grand old party seems to have lost the plot. With the leaders that they have in their fold, the party will not be able to defeat the BJP for another 20 years.

The Congress had a beautiful opportunity to come back to power if they had inducted Prashant Kishore into the party. It would definitely have been a game changer. Now it is a lost opportunity. 

The Congress boat looks like will sink if Ghandhis do not make way for younger leaders. The Ghandhi family is not as popular as it used to be during Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi tenure. 

None of them -- Sonia, Rahul and Priyanka -- are in a position to communicate effectively with voters and workers across the length and breadth of the country.

It’s time the party infuses young blood so that we can have the Congress rule of yesteryears.
