Connect Vasco, Margao, Mapusa by rail network

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has promised to stop coal completely within a year. The people of Goa are against the second track because it is going to damage the heritage houses which are priceless and an important part of Goan heritage and identity.

The development of Goa is important and SW Railways can play a role while at the same time protect the environment.

The large towns and cities in Goa need to be linked by rail so people can travel from Vasco or Margao to Mapusa and back again in a short time. It is also good for development.

This plan will also considerably reduce the need to buy a car to travel all over Goa and ensure our state never becomes another Delhi.

Now is the time to do it as it will give a big boost to tourism also.

Let’s work together to make Goa a better place for ourselves and our children.
