Dangerous public places

Recently I paid a visit to the Margao branch of a prominent public sector bank but was shocked to see the dangerous state of affairs there. AC refrigerant pipes were found entangled with electric cables and internet wires, constituting a veritable fire hazard. No planning seems to have gone into the service layout of the office. With a fire taking place in Goa every other day, offices / banks/ institutional buildings frequented by the public should be more circumspect and take extra precautions to prevent avoidable mishaps.
