It is dangerous that people are discarding their masks along with
litter on the roadsides.
Garbage strewn around all over the place by tourists has been a perennial problem in Goa but the masks are adding a dangerous new dimension to it, acting they are as Covid spreaders.
It is only now that Goa has got a grip on the virus with less than 70 active cases remaining but with the careless attitude of people we might go back to square one.
I request the sanitation authorities to segregate these masks and dispose them off properly to check the contagion; else the stupidity and callous attitude of some shall become a perilous problem for many.
