Don’t let politicians divide you based on religion and caste

Goans have become too narrow-minded in their thinking when it comes to religion, region and caste. We tend to get carried away when politicians come knocking and try to divide us based on these lines. It is time we have one singular goal and that is to save Goa for posterity and not allow politicians to divide us based on religion and caste. It is a travesty that educated people in Goa vote for illiterate politicians. In some cases, people cast vote thinking of their caste just to feel good for a few minutes. This election let us think rationally and vote for those who sincerely have a heart for Goa and Goans. Let us delve deeper into this famous quote: ‘’Politicians are the same all over. They promise to build a bridge where there is no river.” Stay strong and vote wisely for a clean party for a healthy term until 2026 and beyond.

Zuari Bridge viewing towers: A very risky proposition

The state government has an ambitious tourism plan of building viewing towers on the new Zuari bridge. Just because something may have worked abroad, it doesn’t mean we should ape it blindly in Goa.
