As we grow into senior citizens and keep the beautiful life moving reasonably well, even having a spouse around or some unluckily not -- we have to move on, celebrating our achievements, wisdom, and experience to find continued growth of a happy and healthy living”emphasizing that age brings strength and opportunities, with most having the aim of focusing on staying healthy and young at heart”learning, dreaming, and finding joy in life's moments, rather than seeing aging as decline. Quite a few join or form a senior citizen's group, which fosters social engagement, combating loneliness while providing essential motivation, emotion, and practical and mental support as well. In today's world, health & wellness are the most important subjects, whereby some try to keep health glitches to themselves with a stereotypical smiling response. On the flip side, one should not wait for festivals, parties, and events to socialize but try and live joyously helping oneself to combat anxiety, depression, and cognitive decline. Let's emphasize maintaining an active, positive, and purposeful mindset to support and enrich living our best lives in our golden and blessed age ”believing, I'm certainly not old.
