People are known to undertake their illegal work taking advantage of weekends and holidays knowing well that there will be no action from authorities.
In one such incident on Sunday, a shed was being put up on the footpath near Kala Academy, fabrication work which was going on in full speed.
It is not known whether the concerned persons had any approval from the Corporation of the City of Panaji.
The footpath near the Kala Academy is frequently used by all especially senior citizens as there is a lot of traffic on the road and this shed which is right in the middle of the footpath is surely going to create a huge problem.
Will the authorities, especially the CCP look into the illegality and act quickly?
