Goa is seeing an increase in assaults, gang wars, gun shots being fired, etc and the standard line by government is that “We have issued strict instructions to the police “. So does one understand that there is no proper system in place and the Goa police only act when they are given “strict instructions”. What happens when “strict instructions” are not given by the Goa government? My point is the above clearly shows the sad state of affairs with the way Goa Police are operating and the incompetent way that the Goa government is managing the system.
