Goa Police must work to win public trust

The Banastari accident is a serious issue and the police have been  accused of favoring the rich and powerful, while ignoring the needs of  the poor. In the Banastari case, the police have been accused of  covering up the truth and protecting the guilty. This has led to  widespread anger and distrust of the police in Goa.

The police  department needs to take action to regain the trust of the public. They  need to be transparent and accountable, and they need to hold those  responsible for the Banastari accident accountable. The police also need  to do more to crack down on corruption within their ranks.

The  people of Goa deserve a police department that they can trust. The  police need to work to earn back the public’s trust by serving the  people and upholding the law, not by protecting the rich and powerful.
