Goans losing lives due to shortage of oxygen

A man named Hemant Kambli from Sirsaim records a heartbreaking video on social media showing the dire straits of Ward No 147 where patients are dying because of lack of oxygen as after 12 pm as the oxygen pipeline doesn't supply oxygen.

The government is saying there is enough oxygen but why are lives lost and who is responsible and accountable for the tragedy occurring?

Due to the deaths the elected representatives are playing blame games and one minister says that the government is prepared for the third Covid-19 wave.

What we cannot understand is when the government cannot handle the second Covid wave properly, how can Goans believe the government this?

Nobody should blame the doctors and nurses as they are doing a fine job and putting in extra efforts to help the Covid patients.

It is high time the government gets its act together and solve the oxygen-related issues so that no more lives are lost. The government should also not divert oxygen to Sindudurg in Maharashtra when it is needed in the State.
