Goans were deeply saddened on hearing that the health of Fr Bolmax Pereira, parish priest of Chicalim church had taken a turn for the worse after initially showing signs of recovery from the heart attack he suffered earlier. According to parishioners who had visited him, Fr Bolmax was conscious and even spoke warmly with them, giving many hope that he was on the path to recovery. However, tragedy struck once again shortly after their visit, when he reportedly suffered another heart attack. Fr Bolmax  is a man admired for his intellect, humility, and extraordinary commitment to nature and society. He has always been recognized as a passionate environmentalist who dedicated much of his life to spreading awareness about sustainable living and the protection of nature. As news of his deteriorating condition spreads, prayers continue to pour in from every corner of Goa. Churches, communities, friends, and well-wishers are united in hope, praying for strength and healing. At this difficult moment, the people of Goa stand together in solidarity and faith, hoping that Fr Bolmax overcomes this critical phase and returns to continue the mission that has inspired so many lives.
