The PWD Minister has publicly declared that his government cannot give 24X7 potable water to its citizens! The rest 39 MLAs are happy with this! Water is the very basic necessity of life and if the govt is on record that it is impossible for them to provide it then they must step down.

World over, in a water crisis, watering of gardens is criminal. Using surface or groundwater for the same must be stopped by Court orders taking suo moto cognisance of the above.
