The government has lifted the ban on most of the activities, including casinos and spas. After taking this important step, the government should now assess the weaker sectors that have come under strain due to the pandemic. One of these is the Tiatr and Natak fraternity. There are so many artists who work behind the stage and they are fully dependent on tiatrs and nataks for their sustenance. The artists who were fully dependent on this entertainment industry are struggling for survival. The government should have formulated some schemes or some loan facility from EDC with low interest for this sector. The government could also reduce the hall hiring charges so that the tiatrists can afford to stage profitable shows. Profits to these sectors will mean the those working backstage will get paid well and everyone will go home happy,
