Govt's transfer circus of officials seems dubious

The Secretary Of Environment Sarpreet  Gill was given charge of Environment department from November 7, 2024 till January 15, 2025. Why was  he transferred in just about 2 months?  It’s high time concerned citizens need to wake up and question this transfer “circus” by the Goa government.  I have learnt from reliable NGOs that Gill was very effective on various cases of environment preservation and appeared to have  a no-nonsense policy towards violators, Was he coming in the way of the questionable actions of Environment Minister and other Goa ministers ? Just a few days back there was another prominent example of  Goa government transferring MMC Chief Officer Deepesh Priolkar at the instance of Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho. We need to question the government.  Why ? It appears to me that those officials  who do not toe the unethical, corrupt, destructive agendas of Goa ministers are transferred and those who do are kept in positions to benefit the “agendas” of Goa’s ministers.  A classic example of the latter is that of Chief Town Planner who keeps on getting extensions despite widespread malpractices and unethical actions.
