In polls, promises are made never to be kept

Headline in a major national newspaper today, March 28, 2024, that Modi said - Will ensure Rs 3k crore 'looted' in WB is returned. This is the money paid by people in the education scam in Bengal. This is yet another lie from the PM. With the election season on it is lies here, there and everywhere that spews from his mouth. A decade ago in 2014 during campaigning for elections, he had said that the black money stashed in Swiss banks by Indians would be brought back and into every Indian's bank account he will deposit Rs 12 lakhs. What happened to that promise? Nothing. Amit Shah when questioned about this later said that during election time many things are said but they do not mean to do all that they say. This is the BJP, this is Modi, promises are made never to be kept. People of Bengal should not be carried away by these claims. This applies also to most of the Modiji ka guarantees, 90% or more will not happen. So do not succumb to Modiji ka behkawa in these Lok Sabha elections and vote according to your conscience.
