There are some information officers who forget the difference between penalty and punishment. Some radical changes in the law are needed to put a stop to it. Oh, the officers are not afraid of the law? What's the answer? Oh, you are doing injustice to the people even with bigger salaries? Or avoiding on the behest of some politicians? I have applied to an office under the Right to Information Act. Six months have passed but the application has not been answered. Three information officers have changed in the office in the meantime. They didn't care about that application either. Immediate action should be taken against the information officer who does not comply with the Right to Information Act. Increase the penalty. Readiness in action is required. The fact is that the informed officers are sometimes unaware that applications have been received. because clerks are appointed. Who then has the responsibility? Then applications remain pending.
Amit Shah has announced that all information will be made available on the website. But there will be time for that. The concept is good. And the RTI will reach the people. But action should be taken immediately against those who conceal information on suo motto basis. Come on, be public oriented. Execute the concept, government is by the people, for the people.
