In Goa we have seen how jobs are given to persons of a particular constituency by some ministers to garner votes and get elected by a thumping majority. This trend has to be stopped as deserving candidates are denied rightful jobs thereby people don’t get the services of good job seekers. Now is the time to introduce CBRT type exams instead of the government conducting its own test. We need talent and merit and not mere heads working in any department.
