Is BJP government protecting vote bank?

The Goa Bhumiputra Adhikarini Bill passed in the Assembly is a step to woo migrants who are occupying communidade land illegally. There are lakhs of Goans in far-flung areas like Valpoi, Sattari, Sanguem, etc who don't have proper houses to live in as two and three families live in one small house. These politicians should go and visit poor Goan houses and see the state they live in before giving migrants preference of comunidade land. The government should give first preference for the sons of the soil. This clearly shows that this government is hell bent to protect the rights of the migrants over Goans only to protect their votebank as they know that they are cent per cent sure voters of the politicians and hence the Bill. If these politicians are sincere enough they should link the Aadhar card to the election card then the reality will come to the fore. So in this assembly elections, Goans be united and vote intelligently to show the exit door to politicians who are supporting migrants.
