Wow! It’s the peak season in Goa, with the festive mood continuing as Christmas was just celebrated with great pomp and grandeur. Gradually, everyone is proceeding to embrace New Year 2024, bidding farewell to the existing one. Enthusiastically, crowds from across the globe have been thronging Goa to enjoy their vacation. Goa being crowded at this time of the year makes it a bit difficult for the local populace to travel on the streets, markets, shopping malls, etc. However, with hospitality ingrained in Goan blood, it’s not a big deal.
Moreover, Hats Off to the police personnel who work hard to keep the city moving in the right direction without any road atrocities. It’s definitely a tough task, but well-performed by the state police personnel. Subsequently, it’s the responsibility of every citizen to safeguard themselves and their belongings wherever they go.
Unfortunately, it’s frequently noticed that after the New Year party, the beaches across Goa are littered with all sorts of waste/garbage. This should not be the case whatsoever, as waste/garbage should be dumped properly in nearby dustbins, maintaining the pristine beauty of the beaches. Proper etiquette used at the right time can work wonders! Isn’t it?
