It is a good gesture on the part of KRC to electrify the track in Goa till Karwar and further to Mangalore. There is good scope to start passenger services for officegoers from Malpe to Margao at around 8 or 8:30 am in the mornings so that people can safely and within 30-35 minutes reach office from one end to the other with less time and cost. In this manner, road traffic, blockades, etc can also be avoided. KRC authorities should think very positively about this.
