Congratulations to our Goan girl Disha Naik from Casarvarnem, Pernem who has made history as India's first female airport fire fighter. Finally her school days dream came true. Disha was an active girl right from school days and taken a challenge to be a vehicle driver as she rides a bullet, heavy vehicles like truck and thanks all the persons who supported her during school days till now. Disha was the only daughter of her parents.. She received her certification in July 2022 and to achieve her dream goal of operating a fire crash tender designed for aircraft rescue, as fire fighter she had to undergo six months training at Namakkal,Tamil Nadu. I feel proud and happy to see our women empowerment in India. Parents should be proud today of giving birth to a girl child, who makes the parents proud and will take good care of her parents in old age. Save the girl child today. Female infanticide should be banned. The girl child takes good care of everything in her life and grows to become a responsible mother, sister, daughter of India. Man and woman are equally required to take responsibility and take our next generation ahead. Today Disha's achievement truly serves as an inspiration for aspiring women who dare to dream beyond societal expectation. Keep it up!
