Lakshadweep reforms stirring hornet’s nest

The aim to put Lakshadweep on the global tourism map like Maldives is stirring a hornet’s nest with protests against the reforms being brought in by the administrator.

The proposed developmental activities at such a scale also threaten the fragile ecosystem of the coral islands.
