By 2030, the travel expenses of Indians are likely to rise to nearly $410 billion, especially considering the pre-Corona era when that cost was $150 billion. With a large number of youths, our country will make a significant impression in terms of tourism. It has been observed that Indian tourists mainly travel to the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Nepal, Singapore, Indonesia, Maldives, Hong Kong, the USA, the UK, Canada, and Vietnam. Considering the global population, it is projected to reach 8.5 billion by 2030. Among them, the number of the middle class will be around 4.8 billion. It is estimated that India's population will reach 1.66 billion by 2047 and the middle class will be 100 million. Compared to 2021, there has been a 140 per cent increase in Indian visa applications in 2022. The number of tourists going to America is increasing, with the number of Indians visiting America for tourism projected to reach 2.3 lakh by 2030. It is estimated that the coming period will be known as the era of tourism. There is also an expectation that the Indian middle class will be at the forefront.
