MPT new colonial power in Goa?


After Portugal in the past and now Central government in Delhi, is MPT now the other colonial power in Goa? 

It was reported recently that MPT officials are presently asking South Goa shacks to get a no objection certificate from the Port Trust.

What has our Goa government and the two Members of Parliament done to stop this from happening in favour of Mormugao Port Trust? 

With such complacency, I wonder why we even need such ministers, MLAs and 2 MPs who fail to speak up and fight for Goa.
