Office building or a cesspool?

The Osia complex at Margao which houses many private and government offices, shops, showrooms, eateries, lawyers’ chambers and a cinema chain is hands down the worst maintained commercial building in Goa.

Overflowing stinking sewage chambers, garbage strewn all around, moss covered floors and walls, paan spittled stairways, water seepage on most walls, wet corridors, growing vegetation, beggars, dogs and encroachments are only some of the problems plaguing the building. Thousands of people visit the complex daily to transact business, it is therefore surprising as to why the building is in an utter state of disrepair.

Neither the building society (assuming there is one) nor the government want to spend money on the upkeep of probably this busiest commercial hub of Margao, may I appeal to the concerned authorities to implement corrective measures at the earliest.
