The Osia multiplex prominently located in Margao near the KTC bus stand which has cinemas, commercial/food outlets, offices etc is in such a shocking state!
Practically no maintenance is being done with filthy pools of water, animals all over the complex. There is garbage/stink all over the place; entire complex is in an unhygienic conditions!
Has the tenant-like association collapsed! Who is responsible for upkeep of this massive complex?
Also, how can the Government authorities turn a blind eye to all this; are they not supposed to pull up the those who are erring in their duties? I request not only the local MLA but also the MLA’s constituents who are visiting this complex to please raise this issue with the government particularly the ministers whose ministries are responsible to make sure these eyesores don’t exist.
Surely this cannot be expected from a self-proclaimed “double engine” Goa Government!
