Serving a mid-day meal in school for students is a good step by government of Goa. Don't understand why the government is not paying self-help groups money who are working hard to give quality food to the students from various schools in Goa. The groups who supply food have not been paid for months. Food items and gas cylinder and petrol prices have gone higher and they have to buy the products from the markets and serve the mid-day meal on time. When the matter comes up about the health of students Goa government seems to procrastinate. Remember that students are the future of our Mother India and it's our government's duty to keep them strong and healthy by giving them a proper mid-day meal and by paying the payment of all the ladies groups who are involved in preparing and serving the meal to the children. Do not cheat the women who work hard. Requesting our Goa government and CM Pramod Sawant to pay the bills as soon as possible and continue the good work by serving the mid-day meal for students.
