Pedestrians know problems they face from stray dogs

The rise in the population of street dogs has led to a visible increase in dog-bite incidents and rabies deaths “ raising serious concerns about safety of humans, particularly children “ who are often at the receiving end of ferocious street dogs. The recent apex court order may set a precedent to the Municipal corporation and CCP may have to implement it. The celebrities and opposition has spoken against this order. Only middle class and lower class know the menace of stray dogs. Celebrities do not have the right to speak on this subject.  Only pedestrians know what problems they have been facing from these stray dogs. Can these celebrities or animal lovers compensate all those people bitten or killed by stray dogs?  These celebrities can offer shelters to strays as care givers without changing anything. The celebrities and activists may have no experience of their kids being bitten or killed by stray dogs.
