MLAs, ministers and politicians have given a clean chit to government facilities for Covid-19 treatment. Unlike the common man they do not need health cards, permissions to be admitted in the best of private hospitals anywhere, including abroad for secure, comfortable treatment. It is all free reimbursed at public cost.
The pathetic state of affairs at government centres with lack of facilities, like beds, drugs, oxygen, food and attendants, doctors, etc is horrible to say the least. These politicians know that these are graveyards for helpless common man.
That is why in life, sickness and death, politicians tap public funds with impunity and take best of treatment with tax payers money. Remember the famous one who spent a whopping Rs14 crores, yet did not survive. May they survive to fight another term for every term they get increases their pensions et al.
