Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been encouraging every Indian citizen to make maximum use of the internet for daily transactions. But it seems the service providers of all networks have let us down. They have hoodwinked the government officials when they assured the government that they would provide good reliable connectivity in each district including rural India. Now students are made to dangerously travel miles to try and locate a place for better connectivity.
The poor signals have been the order of the day while the consumer is not spared his monthly bills as the amount is assured for the service provider whether you get a signal or not. How do you make them accountable for the service? The Aadhar card seva kendras have been poorly maintained as one cannot even fix an appointment online and citizens are made to run from pillar to post? Will the government do away with the online appointment system for the Aadhar card correction? The Aadhar card has become one of the most important document for official purposes. I hope the officials are listening.
