The chief of Goa Forward lambasted the government. for its failure on all fronts only to end with saying “e are competent and capable”.
I feel none of the MLAs or parties are competent to run Goa. When Goans were losing their lives because of lack of oxygen, lack of beds, with patients being refused hospitalisation, sleeping in corridors etc where was GF? Did they go to Court? Did they arrange for oxygen, beds? They ‘protected’ the Health Minister by merely giving a memorandum to the CM after GARD disclosed the criminal state of affairs!
Lal Bahadur Shastri resigned as Railway Minister after 140 people died in a train accident as did Nitesh Kumar in 2000.
Even today they speak nothing and do nothing to ensure compensation to those losing their lives due to lack of oxygen.
