Probe jobs-for-cash scam, dubious land conversions

This on going issue of job scams in Goa seems to be opening up a can of worms in areas where Goans really need to think seriously about and investigate further.  It was really interesting to see quite a few MLAs ( even non-BJP) coming out to defend TCP/Health minister Vishwajit Rane on an video shared by the Opposition Congress with name “Vishwajit” mentioned in the clip  but not  actually pinpointing the said minister. I advise people of these respective constituencies to check on any land conversions, suspicious real estate permissions “specially” allowed by the TCP ministry to these particular MLAs. To my understanding government jobs can’t be given for money as there are fixed policies/rules for govt recruitment; but if that is the case then how come the TCP/health minister managed to “specially employ” so many people from his/wife’s constituency in the government health sector ie govt hospitals, etc?  Is the latter not indicative of the fact, that rules set out were not followed ? Also on the related point it would be good to know how many people were “specially” hired to government positions by MLAs  who jumped the ship.
