Rainwater logging on Calangute road

I am writing to the Sarpanch of Calangute Village Panchayat to bring to his immediate attention a pressing issue concerning rainwater logging on the public road at Gauravaddo East. Historically, rainwater from hill properties has naturally flowed into the paddy fields in this area. However, since 2023, a dispute has arisen between the owners of survey numbers 91/12  and 92/10.  They have obstructed this natural flow by dumping three trucks of road-excavated debris onto the public road. This obstruction not only disrupts the natural drainage but also causes significant hardship to commuters and residents nearby. It is crucial that immediate action is taken to resolve this issue and restore the natural flow of rainwater. Hope the Sarpanch swiftly intervenes and takes appropriate measures to address this matter effectively.
