In a bid to rejuvenate the cultural landscape, the Ravindra Bhavan, Margao on Tuesday reportedly launched the Ravindra Bhavan Club. This marked a renewed commitment to supporting artists and fostering the performing arts in the state. The plan is to transform Ravindra Bhavan into a vibrant hub where artists can converge, share ideas and contribute to cultural enhancement. It would be desirable for the Ravindra Bhavan to also hold classes, training and workshops on acting in order to help budding actors achieve their goal. Working actors, whether on TV, film or stage train daily. Actor training will help one to prepare for these unknown demands. A great benefit of acting workshops is being able to hone one's skills. Acting is full of rejection and nonstop competition. Auditioning is stressful, and waiting around for a callback can make one anxious. Acting classes allow one to explore and get to know which roles feel right for oneself. Another benefit of acting classes is the connections one will make along the way. Training can be a way to forge friendships and connections and keep one from not feeling too isolated.
