According to the Department of Transport (RTO) in Goa state there are 'reserved seats' for women in buses where it is clearly mentioned "Ladies only" but instead of avoiding using the ladies seats men are sitting in them even if there is a lady standing. Please give priority to the old/ handicapped and pregnant women. Sexual harassment starts when the bus conductor takes in too many people by bypassing the rules and regulations. The bus driver stops everywhere along routes for the greed of money and to get more passengers thus delaying every passenger. The bus conductors don't wear uniform on duty and don't have identity cards on their shirts. The private buses in Goa are collecting fares but don't issue tickets to passengers. We request the transport minister and the RTO department to keep an eye on the law breakers who are not following the rules and regulations on roads for the safety of public. Stop issuing licences to the people who don't know the road signs, rules and regulations as they repeat the same mistakes again and again by not following safety rules on roads.
