Union Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah on Saturday said that the CRPF may not be required in J&K in a few years and lauded the role of CRPF in the war against terrorism.
CRPF killed 175 terrorists, captured 183 in J&K from March 2021 to March 16, 2022 according to Director-General Kuldeep Singh.
The central security force also killed 19 maoists and arrested 699 in various operations in left wing extremism-affected states during the same period.
It is clear that jihadi terrorism is not yet over in Kashmir. If we go on killing terrorists one by one, then the jihad terrorism bent upon finishing India will never end.
Unless Pakistan, the shelter for terrorists, is destroyed terrorism will never end. So eliminate the terrorists before they carry out similar attacks on other important places in India.
Stone pelting is almost over since the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. Terrorist attacks and infiltration from the neighbouring countries have also been reduced.
The government should also inform how many Kashmiri Hindus have been rehabilitated in the valley after the abrogation of Article 370?
