It is noticed that in the Margao city there are a number of abandoned vehicles on the main and internal roads which are kept for years. Looks like there are no owners for these vehicles which are in a unsafe, broken conditions. This vehicles should be scrapped as soon as possible which are blocking and confusing the traffic, taking the parking space, destroying the beauty of Margao, people pass urine next to them, they are used for various illegal activities and business. This time the Margao Municipal Council, Margao town police department and collector's office should check the abandoned vehicles on every single road throughout Margao town and scrap the vehicles which has no owners, i.e. two wheelers, cars, buses, etc, This vehicles are broken down and beyond use due to which no one wants to recover them. It is now a duty of the authority to take care of the increasing number of abandoned vehicles and scrap them as soon as possible. On further investigation, it has come to light that most of the vehicle owners are not staying at present in Goa or have left Goa and settled abroad.
