This is with reference to the news report “Inebriated men picked bag with 40 cartridges: witness” (The Goan Everyday February 18, 2022).
The thieves who stole 40 cartridges created a sensation. The Goan media extensively reported this bizarre robbery. Looks like the heat got to the thieves and they developed cold feet. Instead of using those cartridges to kill and maim the innocent people, they abandoned the bag containing cartridges and brought the dramatic episode to an abrupt end.
Well done thieves. They have said no to violent methods. They deserve kudos. They are stealing with hearts and not with guns or knives. What a modus operandi!
