Stop turning Goa into a state for beggars

Goa is turning into a beggars' state due to large numbers of beggar groups and beggar mafia gangsters are bringing them to Goa for business as we can see them at religious festivals, railway station roads, bus stands, market areas, signals and even in our village and towns. They are the main people who keep an eye on who is in the house, whose house is closed and than the robberies take place. We the citizens of Goa and the tourists are equally responsible for the increase of beggar menace because instead of providing food we give them cash and when they get easy and fast money in Goa they don't want to leave the state and the number goes on increasing. They beg the whole day and enjoy alcohol and good food in the bar and restaurants with your mercy money. They looks like beggars but many due to their begging business have good luxury life in their own native states and under them many other people work as beggars. So stop giving money to beggars in Goa.
