Stating that the Sunburn organizers are taking the Goa government for granted, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) through its State President Adv Amit Palekar has reportedly filed a complaint with the Panaji Police Station against the organizers of Sunburn electronic dance music festival for illegal ticket sales and demanded action. He has reportedly called for the government to conduct a thorough investigation in the matter. It is learnt that the AAP president has himself purchased a ticket for the event and filed a complaint as suggested by the government. Even when the dates of the three-day of the music festival are known to all, what is a mystery is the venue. It is normal for the dates and the venue for any programme to be printed on the ticket. The question that arises is whether the tickets were sold without the venue being mentioned on them. It is not certain whether the trance music festival will be held in North or South Goa after the proposed venue at Quitol was rejected by the government. If the venue is mentioned on the ticket, then it should be made public.
